Handling stress that comes with being a caseworker can be quite challenging in itself. One of the first things I may try and do is try and remind myself of the reasons I chose to become a caseworker.Though our jobs may be stressful in many ways we have to remember the desire we had or have to help those in ne ed. We may also learn that honourable simple things like taking a walk or stopping and reservation a phone call to a friend or swain can reduce the amount of negative energy we may be experiencing.
